Everything the card does, and nothing it doesn't.
Smart Review Stand does one job: it shortens the distance between a customer at your counter and your Google review form. These are the parts that make that work.
A tap opens your review page
Each card holds an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Customers hold their phone near the card, or scan the code, and your rating page opens. There is no app to install.
- Works with iPhone XS and newer, and with most Android phones made since 2015.
- The QR code covers older phones and anyone with NFC switched off.
- Every card has its own link, so you can see which counter or table earned the tap.

Unhappy customers can reach you directly
After a low rating, the page offers a short private form so the customer can tell you what went wrong. You get the message by email and can put it right. The link to your Google page stays available to everyone.
- Private messages arrive with the rating, the card, and the time.
- Customers choose whether to leave contact details.
- Nobody is blocked from posting a public review.

Collect emails from people who opt in
Customers can leave their email to hear from you again. Addresses are stored with the consent wording they saw, and you can export them whenever you like.
- Export to CSV, or send new contacts to Mailchimp or Zapier with the one-time membership.
- Each address records when and where consent was given.

See what each card is doing
The dashboard counts taps, ratings and reviews started, per card and per week. A quiet card is easy to spot, and so is a busy one.
- Weekly trend for taps and average rating.
- Filter by location or by card.
- The one-time membership adds a weekly written summary of private feedback.

Your name on the page, not ours
The rating page carries your logo, your colours, and your wording. Agencies can run many client accounts and serve each one from the client's own domain.
- Custom domains with automatic HTTPS.
- Staff accounts with read-only or edit access.
- Two-factor sign-in for every account.
