Terms of service

The service

Smart Review Stand supplies NFC cards and a hosted rating page that links your customers to your Google Business review form and to a private feedback form. We may improve or change features, and we will tell account holders before removing one they rely on.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in details private, and be authorised to act for the business you add. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Plans and payment

• The subscription is billed in advance each month and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.
• The one-time membership is a single payment. It covers the service for as long as Smart Review Stand operates it.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax we are required to add.
• You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment if the cards have not been used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• offer customers money, discounts, or gifts in exchange for a review;
• post or arrange reviews that do not reflect a real customer's experience;
• discourage or prevent a customer from leaving a public review;
• use the service to send unsolicited marketing or to break any law;
• attempt to access another customer's data or disrupt the service.

You are also bound by Google's own policies for reviews. We may suspend an account that breaks this section.

Your content and data

The feedback and contact details your customers give you belong to you. You are the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

The assistant

The chat assistant on this site generates its answers automatically. It can be wrong. Treat what it says as general information, and check anything important with us.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, including changes to its review system or the removal of reviews. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We can close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. When an account closes, the cards stop opening your rating page.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will give account holders at least 30 days' notice of a change that affects them. Questions go to hello@smartreviewstand.example.
